Steve Blum does nothing but make Cloud sound like he's going to go to the nearest cliff tomorrow and jump off it. Cloud needs a VA that sounds cold-hearted but can also pull off a unpredictable goofy side too. Not somebody who sounds like he doesn't want to see tomorrow.
