Can you give me some reasoning behind Wakka? He voted Blank which probably indicated that they aren't working together. I would have been more interested in following someone who didn't vote Blank.
Unless he thought Blank was a lost cause and voted for him to make himself appear all nice and innocent. I'm not saying that's what happened, but I wouldn't discount the possibility of mafia voting for each other to save their own skin.
