I should probably do that right? So it's done and so I can do my work after while they're baking.... that sounds good. I will go do that.

For my girlfriend's birthday last year, I made her a chocolate mousse cake. Proper chocolate mousse that I made extra thick for the icing, and with a layer of thicker mousse in the center to act as a ganache.
Best cake ever.

I like vanilla cake, though my local Kroger's sells strawberry cheesecake flavored cakes from time to time which are delicious.

I also just made a Boston Cream Pie, which is really a cake, the other week and it was so delicious.
