    !

Putting these together takes a lot longer than I had planned. Spent two hours, and I'm only done with three so far! But, it doesn't matter. It's fun.

So I somehow completely missed this thread. Whoops! Wanted to participate this year. Got no one to blame but me, though!

When this is all done, I'd love to see pictures of everyone's cards and the messages inside!

In some places, things are more expensive.

For what you'd pay for a cup of coffee in Toronto, I can get a PS3 in Moncton.

I don't think you guys know how expensive it is here in Denmark. I spent $11 on ONE card, and I didn't even choose the most expensive ones. The most expensive I saw was $35 bucks.

    Christ.

Your monthly rent would probably be enough to buy an assault helicopter over here.

Well, I moved back home, but at my last place, I payed about 3000 Danish kr (which is about $500) on rent ALONE! A month! For one room, bathroom, and a shared kitchen!

That does sound pretty steep. Is that about the average there in Denmark?

That's weird, Chris. Where do you buy cards? You can buy a 10-pack of cute, nice-looking cards (with different designs) here in Sweden for $5.

You can probably find something similar like that here too, but I do have a habbit of grabbing whatever appeals to me the most. I should probably change my shopping techniques. I thought about buying these cute little Winnie the Pooh Christmas cards I saw, but they were $20 each.

I guess the reason why it came to $83 bucks, is because I bought a lot of extra stuff I wanted to include in my letters to you guys!

Edit: Gawd! Just realised that I have yet to pay for stamps and shipping! So it'll probably amount to over $100 in the end. But it's for you guys, so I don't mind.

Aww, that does sound really special and heartfelt! I can't wait to see pictures of the cards! I wish I could have joined in but I wouldn't have been allowed
