Selphie doesn't seem to show any interest in Squall - and being the hero, women are meant to fawn over him - or Zell - who is physically fit - or even reciprocating Irvine's advances despite his pretty boy appearance. There's seemingly no interest in Seifer and the bad boy streak either. It's not to say that Selphie isn't just uninterested in the men she knows, but she could very well be in some kind of romance with her friend.

Not to mention her friend has her card.

Though the mayor's wife Flo has the Irvine card so I like to imagine he has a quicky on the side after the concert.

ok the last one were a bit of a joke

this is a crack pairing but I'm getting addicted to Squaire Farronhart love team.
I used to like Rinoa for Squall but since I played FFVIII again just recently (i last played FFVIII back in 1999 and now I have enough brain cells to better understand what the hell's going on with the story) I instantly realized how flirty Rinoa was, suddenly dumping Seifer for Squall without enough explanation, it makes me want to put Squall into auction and pray that Lightning will get him since she didn't have any love interest and to silence the Lightning is a lesbian theory.
