I always accuse them of serving people.
"I've got SARS, and now most of you probably do, too." make sure you cough loudly in the general direction of every staff member who comes within 10 feet of you.
it would be a lot more effective if i could think of a current worldwide potential pandemic disease but apparently my brain is stuck in 2002 or something.
