Quina is allowed to be nominated for either the male or the female awards, but only one for each of Best/Sexiest/Cutest. Basically, whichever Quina is nominated for first, Quina is stuck with.
Most of the awards will require three nominations to become a finalist, however this may vary from award to award depending on the number of characters that get 1/2/3/4+ nominations.
