I like Demon Knights from their new relaunch. I haven't picked up any of the last two issues though.

Etrigan 
Wasn't my favorite... His best appearance ever is Justice League Unlimited. In one episode he is a baby.
Its so damn cute.

I didn't really like Etrigan actually.
Shining Knight was a smurfing badass though. Her and Vandal were amazing.

Out of all curiosity, whose your favorite in the DC universe?

I'm not a big comic Conesuier, and to be honest I've not read comics until the DC relaunch.
But of the comics I've read, Batman and Shining Knight are my favorite two.

Ahh, I see.
Even if you hadn't heard of him, Flash is my all time favorite. He is worth looking up.
