Why do you set your alarm so early? Why not set it for an hour later, so you have an extra hour of uninterrupted sleep? Going back to sleep just makes you more tired.

about half of the time I'll get up before the full hour and enjoy my morning (read: I watch married with children and eat cereal) before I accept my watery fate at 8:32. i'm rather alert and attentive after my hour of rolling over and pressing the big red button that allows me to stay comfy!

usually 20-30 minutes. I gotta be out of the house by 4:30am to be on time soo I try not to snooze too much.

I sometimes snooze for 3 hours. My snooze interval is 15 minutes.

I was a big snooze abuser in high school but I kicked the habit in college by getting a clock without a snooze button.

Now, because my wakeup time is 3am due to my job, I have two clocks with no snooze button. One is next to my bed and one is on the other end of the room. I set them both. That way I can't accidentally sleep in.

I never used to use the snooze until the last job I had. I hated so much I just hit the snooze 1 or 2 times. Still managed to get there on time, at least.
