Hang a Demon Wall painting on your wall!

Final Fantasy IV has been seeing a bit of a resurgence lately! The EoFF classic Ah, The Power of Cheese! is being reborn, Sephex has been livestreaming his playthrough with EoFFers, and an iOS and Android port have been announced!

With all of this excitement, what better time to add a little piece of Final Fantasy IV artwork to your collection? This quite phenomenal piece - pictured below - was painted by one John Moriarty, depicting Edge, Rosa, Cecil, Rydia and Kain facing off against Demon Wall.

Probably don't put it in the bedroom where you will freak out every time you see it.

It's pretty damn impressive, and that's without even acknowledging the FF-based glee bubbling away inside me. You can buy the original, in its gold frame, for $475 USD off Moriarty's Etsy store (linked above). Or, if you're not keen to drop that much gil, you can pick up 8.5 x 11″ prints for $15.

I would actually prefer a version where it's just the wall.

I'm with Sephex. The wall does look cool, but the characters are not as well done.

I dunno. I guess it's well done, considering it is a painting and all, but I don't really like the style of it. Maybe it's because it's a relatively low res photograph of the work, but I feel like there's not a lot of detail put into the wall, and the characters are a bit too small to have good detail too.

I'd rather spend money on a demon wall drawn by a certain member of these forums, really.

I dislike Cecil's leg. It may sound like a odd complaint, but it's sticking out weird and it designed like a medieval knight's armour and not Final Fantasy paladin armour.

Definitely one of those 'can't unsee' things... Also it looks like he's almost squatting his legs are so far apart...

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. I could see it selling for the listed price if it was simply a painting of the Demon Wall itself.
