I drink green tea everyday, rarely drink juice and never drink soft drinks more than 3-4 times a year. I try to eat fruit and yoghurt everyday and I drink a lot of water~ I try and stay away from fast food and processed foods such as lollies, and I often eat salads and sushi. I'm quite proud of the little changes I've made over the years, except I used to exercise a whole lot and need to get into that again as well~
