For me it has to be Pop Etc. (formerly known as the Morning Benders) and their self titled album. I really love both Morning Benders albums and was excited when I found the full album stream of their new formation Pop Etc. But it only took one very very autotuned song to realize this wasn't anything like the Morning Benders at all. The psychedelic guitars and dreamy percussions made way for an overdose of autotune and soft-porn-ish R&B beats. I was... horrified

Animal Collective - Centipede Hz
Not a terrible record by any means but if Strawberry Jam was a glorious mess this just feels like a mess. They've been on such a great run since Sung Tongs though so a dip was inevitable sooner or later.

The Xx - Coexist
I thought the debut showed a lot of promise, but this felt too stripped down for my liking. I love ambient/ethereal music, but Coexist drifts by without catching the attention at all.

The Magnetic Fields - Love at the Bottom of the Sea
A couple of excellent songs on here but the whole record has me worrying that the well has been running increasingly dry since the brilliant 69 Love Songs (though I have a soft spot for Distortion).
