Not really, but in a group I can be. I'm smart enough to never be the one who goes in first.

There was an instance during Sandy when a group of my friends and my bf were all walking down an unlit street really late at night. My bf was freaking out but I was like meh. Had I been alone I would have definitely been freaking out but then again I would not be walking down there alone anyway. I have not been put iin any situations where I have had to be brave or thankfully except that one time a random drunk threaten to stab me.
