Time to pull out my childhood! Let's see:

Wolfenstein3D
God of Thunder (It's free! =D Go play it.)
Realms of Chaos
Hocus Pocus
Powerslave

I may be missing a few, but those are the ones I can remember from the top of my head. Seriously, go play God of Thunder, now.

God of Thunder, hell yeah! I was seriously just thinking about it this morning!

The Dagger of Amon Ra is my favorite DOS game of all time. Cosmo's Cosmic Adventure and Hugo's House of Horrors tie for second place (the entire Hugo series is awesome and I loooved it). The King's Quest series is supposedly pretty sweet, too, but I think I only played King's Quest IV and can't really vouch for the rest of the games. I remember liking Mystic Towers a lot.

Really, all the old Shareware games.
