How will numbers be decided? I imagine not too many members want a combination of 3,4,5,2. They can be used strategically, but I imagine a lot of people will want an A or two as these are associated with "good" cards.

actually, that's a very good point. How are numbers being decided? Naturally, they will fall within the constraints of the level boundaries, but as for specifics, I don't know, ask BoB.
