Typical boring, processed McDonalds for me since I live in the Midwest of the US.

Same for me. There's no special "local dish". We've got all the basics. Big mac, chicken nuggets, double cheeseburger etc etc

McGriddles are heaven, but I quit eating that lest I get a heart attack at 25.
