Didn't we have a thread similar to this before?

Anyway, I think that any company that decided to do this would only be smurfing themselves. I borrow plenty of games and buy used games semi-frequently, so actual implementation of this would just cause me to not buy that console. Secondly, it basically goes against the principle that the game is yours once you buy it and can do what you like with it as long as that isn't preventing others from enjoying the game.
