Not that Phantasy Star rules (even though it totally does), but Phantasy Star Rules, as in, rules for making your party.

Your Party is Terra (Alis), Mog (Myau), Cyan (Odin), and Setzer (Noah).

You can use this party as early as the Cave to the Sealed Gate, but not again until the WoR, possibly when you get to the Phoenix Cave.
