EDIT: Although historically, I do quite like the House of Tudor which originated with the Lancastrian Henry of Bolingbroke. No idea who Bolingbroke's Game of Thrones analogue is, though. Scratch that, Tudor came later. It is Henry of Bolingbroke I like, though, so it's Lancaster I favour.
