I cannot wait for dinner tonight, I'm making some chinese-inspired recipe!

I actually made my own seasoning paste tonight and it smells sooooo good! I hope it turns out nice after all this anticipation!

Do you ever get really excited about cooking a certain dish?
Do you have any recipes that you're reaaalllyyy good at?

All the time. I'm really good at any recipe. I usually need to cook from a recipe a couple of times before I can experiment properly. I'm a troutey baker, though. My god. So bad. They taste great, but I am simply unable to make cakes look nice.

Steaks, roasts, curries, soups and stews are probably my top recipes, though. I look forward to trying out some Chinese recipes once I get over there! I've already bookmarked about two dozen recipes online.
