Been listening to the new Black Sabbath album last few days.
I am massively disappointed. I expected a lot better and Rick Rubin's poor production strikes again.
Ozzy sounds weaker and more boring than he ever has before and the music is a forced rehash of everything they did 40 years ago.
The bass playing from Geezer is superb though as is his tone. Ooooft.
LET THE HAMMER FALL
Omnium Gatherum got a lot more proggy with their sound on this album, but there's nothing wrong with that. It's some of their best work yet. I love it when bands keep getting better!
