I never understood all the calibrations jokes until I try to damn talk to the guy and he's always calibrating. You'd think with all the money that was spent on the Normandy that so many manual calibrations wouldn't be needed.

I think Joker characterized Garrus's change in character from ME to ME2 best: It seems like Garrus has finally worked that stick out of his butt, but now he's trying to beat guys to death with it.
