Moogles, Chocobos
, Cactuars.
, and Pupu
Bangaa, hands down
Moogles. Especially the ones in XII. Montblanc is clearly a bonafide badass in his free time.
Moogle or Viera.
Probably Viera seeing as how they where the only race that had access to the Red Mage role in Final Fantasy Tactics Advance.

Whatever Red XIII was! One of the things I appreciate about FF and JRPGs in general is that they typically invent their own humanoid/intelligent races instead of reusing the same Tolkien bunch.
Moogles for sure, especially Ivalice-style bunny moogles.
I have to add a vote for Moogles.
Moogles, as they are always adored by every other single race in the games. Sometimes, the Bangaa are shamelessly called lizards, but moogles are always appreciated!
