Ninja. Knight gets Excalibur.
It usually goes to the Red Wizard for running the dungeon, but then on to a Knight for Chaos.
Knights can do great physical damage without it, Red Wizard not so much. But for a boss it is best to concentrate all the attack power on one character then buff the hell out of them.

And I usually give it to the ninja aswell as qwertysaursaid, on the DoS vertion it's the same because I gave the Atma Weapon to my White Wizard.
