PSN 50% off Select Final Fantasy Games for the Series’ 25-Year Anniversary

Square-Enix has a message for us about the PSN sale:

Twenty-five years ago, our company launched a game called Final Fantasy. It was the result of a lot of hard work and dedication. It was also the start of a franchise that would go on to capture the hearts of millions of players around the world.

As we celebrate Final Fantasy’s 25th anniversary, we look back on a series that contains 14 installments, numerous spin-off games, and all sorts of merchandise. We are always impressed by the love our fans show for this franchise.

To celebrate this amazing milestone in the history of Final Fantasy, we’re putting a number of Final Fantasy titles on sale on PlayStation Network, starting when PSN updates tomorrow. For two weeks, the following titles will be on sale in PlayStation Store for 50% off.

Yeah thanks for cleaning it up, I was half asleep when I posted it.

I'm definitely getting FF4: The Complete Collection. I've never played Dissidia either so i'll probably pick one of them up after researching the difference between them. Hell, I might just buy all the games on sale!

Because I have not played many of the older FF titles I insta grabbed all the ones I could for my PS3, my PSP does not like me trying to download games from my PS3 to my PSP so I will just have to order FF III and FF IV and the Dissidia games (Well I got the second one for some reason but not the first one so I will probably just order that one as well. I also wish that this sale included X, X-2 and XII because someone stole my X, I left my X-2 somewhere and I would not mind trying XII.

All in all a well worth while buy for someone like me who never played the older titles before.
