Dutch angles...Warmer weather finally here, so it's colorful v-neck time. I was digging my outfit yesterday hence the pic, but mostly just because I love wearing colorful v-necks. I was extremely color coordinated and black people love that. My book-bag matched with my shirt and my phone. Socks and undies even matched. MUST BUY MORE COLORFUL V-NECKS AND BECOME CRAYOLA

So... being the weapon nut that I am I could not pass up buying this sexy beast of a weapon for 30 bucks.
It's called the zombie killer.... and it's so amazing. As impractical as it looks, if I sharpened this puppy it could be quite the effective weapon. May start doing my broadsword forms with it just for fun.

xD Looks like a lovely place to go for a nice long walk, though. I wouldn't mind being lost there for an hour or so.

It's pretty, but an enormous area. There's a steep cliff you can climb and lots and lots of trees. It's very peaceful, but I got lost for nearly four hours, and I was starting to panic a little as it was getting dark.

Last Saturday I completed an epic run/hike of a double crossing of the Grand Canyon. It was brutally intense but amazing at the same time.

Like any good trail runner, when I picked up a blister on my heel I put some second skin on it and duct-taped that bad-boy up!

There are signs at the top of the canyon that warn people to not attempt to go down to the river and back in the same day.
