The WiiU is already out. There aren't really any games being made/released for the Wii anymore. Everything is moving to the WiiU.

I know the WiiU is out, but even the PS2 had games coming out when the PS3 debuted. The WiiU has only been out since fall.
The PS2 also wasn't five years out of date the day it launched.
I regret selling my untire onimisha collection for $11 to a secondhand store as I store credit to buy final fantasy 3 for the ds for $30 back in 2010
