First screens of Final Fantasy X HD on the Vita revealed
The remake of Final Fantasy X HD has emerged after a year of very little information. These screenshots were shown off at a Vita event in Japan showcasing upcoming titles for the struggling handheld platform.
Famitsu was quick enough to grab a few captures of the very small segment of footage showcasing the new HD character models and Aeons. Unfortunately the images are rather blurry though but it's confirmation at least that progress is being made.
No release date has been confirmed yet.
I don't care about the graphics ! I want to know whether they've re-dubbed it to have either better Voice actors or had the original and improved or not.

glad to hear something relating to the project, just saw the article on IGN and was going to share here, but the screenshots above and the article is pretty much the same as what IGN has.

yep not a remake at all, i don't know why people keep misusing the term... its an HD Upscaled Port or also called an HD Remix... calling it a remake gives people false expectations of things like redone voice work which i'm almost certain is not gonna happen... all they're doing is upscaling the graphics and optimizing the engine to run smoothly on PS3 and PSVita, and if we in the US are lucky its the International Version with the Dark Aeons and the Secret Ending thats being ported...
anyway, the work done so far is looking really good...

I hope it comes out on the PS3 or PS4 as well. I've bought consoles just for FF games in the past, but am not sure I'd buy a Vita just for this.

They just threw models in a location as a test of their engine.
Oh boy I'm excited we started to get info on this. I will literally drop every other game I'm playing if the US version has the Dark Aeons.
PS3 release has been confirmed since the dawn of time.
