Cloud and Tifa will probably be my favorite.

Squall and Rinoa for how realistic it was. At first she's flirting to get these naive school kids to do what she wants, they have their fights, but eventually they develop feelings for eachother, and the combination of Eyes on Me in the spaceship made for a pretty great scene.
