that actually exists. see the star between "blog this post" and the warn button? that allows you to give a post "reputation points" which is like liking a post on facebook

Yeah we want to revamp our wiki but we haven't gotten around to it.

Also there are two quote buttons. There is the Reply with quote and the multi quote button. The multi-quote button allows you to select several posts before replying.
