    my house mate always heckles me for taking food pics... I just made this the other night:
    Recipe: Banana Prawn Risotto | Recipes & More - Coles Recipes
    but instead of fennel I used leeks and basil.

    It took quite a while to cook, was roughly 90 minutes at 300 C, but since it was mostly cheese it melted downa bit. So yummy... I could only do one slice.
