I'll second the caramelised red onion and goats cheese! There was a pizza we used to make in Pizza Hut specially for staff; super thin base, bbq/tomato sauce depending on taste, caramelized onion, goats cheese, parma ham, cherry tomatoes, olives. OMDFG divine!

Del Murder and I made slutty brownies yesterday. Brownies, oreos, chocolate chip cookies, all in one amazing concoction.

    So smurfing good!

Anyway, I recently went to Max Brenner, which is a famous desert restaurant in Manhattan.

Crepe with bananas, chocolate, and nuts inside. Topped with powdered sugar, and then eventually hazel nut ice cream and syrup.

This was decent, but not the best cappuccino I've ever had. Also the cream totally looks like an onion. It's supposed to look like a leaf.

Tonight's dinner: Marinated mahi mahi, roasted cherry tomatoes with basil, twice baked cauliflower mash, fried mushrooms, roasted asparagus and lemon butter dressing.

I'm actually considering starting a health food blog with my girlfriend. We're getting a lot better at cooking extremely delicious and healthy foods, and she's also a qualified nutritionist / dietitian.

    Anyways...

Warning: Lots of delicious self-made food ahead!
This is a vegetable soup with pig hock, chicken, and brown rice (warning: extremely delicious):

Made a nice pan fried blue grenadier with buttered corn and tomato salsa for lunch today:

Here's some Moroccan chicken with avocado salsa and salad:

An alternative to that is with wholemeal bread rolls with oregano, roast chicken and a tomato / avocado / lettuce salad:

Here's some delicious corn fritters with avocado salsa:

Some pumpkin porridge with pine nuts, served with healthy Korean beef patties:

A zucchini slice that has tomato, red onion, mushrooms, cheese and a little bit of bacon:

A nice healthy, but typical, chicken pad thai stir fry:

Made from scratch, a lemon and lime tart:

    Hot cross buns:

A Korean chicken soup with sides:

Here's some food we didn't make...
    Sashimi served in ice:

    Some delicious macaroons:

    Pork and truffle dumplings:

    Yum cha!

Mexican food! With quinoa and chicken salad, and a beef/mixed bean burrito:

I hope you enjoy my food journey in the last month or so. Do you think I should start a blog with recipes and nutritional information?

Is that butter or something else in those hot-cross buns?
