I didnt know there was even more than one type of tartare sauce. I eat it with seafoody things

Tartare is a dish of chopped raw meat or fish that is mixed with seasonings and herbs and served as such. There is usually an acid (lemon or lime juice) as well that sorta "cooks" it but not really. Made right, and it is tasty~
