I had black pudding once, it just tasted like the fat on the side of some lamb/beef that has been burned to a crisp. Not that great. Also patte, that was just like any old dip.

Probably the Balut I had in Vietnam. It was surprisingly tasty. If you don't think about what you're eating it's not so bad...though I had one in the Philippines too and it had the texture of porridge and I gagged it down. Narrowly missed puking it all up.
Honorable mentions go to: Chicken heart, chicken feet, beef tongue, beef stomach, pork tongue, and donkey.
