    Default TASTE BAD

What do you do to make food that just isn't quite right on the tasters taste better?

I add lots of salt to most things I eat or I try to merge it with something else on my plate like plain mashed potatoes with corn.

Are you talking about after it's been cooked or while you're cooking?

If after; usually salt, melt some butter or some kind of chili sauce depending on what it is. If during; taste the dish, smell the dish, go and smell every herb in the pantry and see which ones smell good together and then start seasoning. More garlic and butter never hurts either.
