You can use a fork to whisk.

I've always wanted to try this, but it looks like it would be very sickly! I do have a wonderful recipe for it so maybe I'll have a go at them one day.
Formal I have the Hummingbird recipe for this cake which uses an electric whisk to get the consistency if you'd like me to type it up for you?
Next time one of you guys or girls is in London. Remind me to make you come try the cakes at Eggs Benedict across the road from my house. The cakes there are ridiculous especially their red velvet.
I'm not really sure, because the only RVC I've had came from a box, and it wasn't the flavour I would have picked. I recently tried to make it using beetroot powder in lieu of food colouring, but then you get into Ph balancing acts, the difficulty of which borders on alchemy. Perhaps I will someday visit a vegan bakery with a red velvet option and I will be able to form a more concrete opinion.

I have never tried red velvet cake. Maybe one day the opportunity will arise but I'll probably be craving something else

substitute "red velvet" with "balls" and try and read every post out loud. i know i couldn't.
red velvet cake is second banana to funfetti cake. but it is a very delicious dessert!

Honestly, I don't think I like red velvet cake batter more than white or yellow or chocolate cake, but cream cheese frosting is obviously some out-of-this-world shiz.
