I've always wanted to try this, but it looks like it would be very sickly! I do have a wonderful recipe for it so maybe I'll have a go at them one day.

Formal I have the Hummingbird recipe for this cake which uses an electric whisk to get the consistency if you'd like me to type it up for you?
