Sorry if this isn't the right forum, but I'm looking to see if there are any video editing programmes (like what Movie Maker is) that makes it possible to combine backgrounds and foregrounds? What I mean is, for example; I take one person from one clip and put him/her against another background. I'll explain more if need be.
