Sauces And Dips

I'm talking about:

- Hummus!!!
- Ketchup!
- Mayonnaise!
- Mustard!

- Gravy Sauce
- Barbeque Sauce!!
- Sour Cream & Chive
- Salsa!!!
- Seven Layer Dip!
- Wasabi!
- Hoisin Sauce!!! (Duck pancakes...)
- Pesto!

I admit, that's a rather large list of some of my favourite sauces (with the exception of gravy, wasbabi, sour cream). The others I all love. But I digress, what are your favourite sauces/dips and what do you eat with them?

As I'm typing this, I'm enjoying low-fat peri-peri hummus with Doritos. Mmmm....
