I found absolutely nothing about Terra appealing when I played FFVI. Well, I liked her music theme, I guess.

Sky, Might, Intense and Green... unless you're referring to hair (and you obviously are), in which case pink. However, I would probably like green looking hair if it was a deeper, lusher green (quite the opposite with pink, I prefer subtle pinks to hot pink).

I will say Lightening just to offer something on the other side.

She is more independent and emotionally stronger than Terra. She is the more natural leader and Army of One trumps morph. She is also a stronger feminist and a good step in leading ladies being badass, naturally.

Terra, because making a cliched sexist male stereotype and then giving him a vagina is not exactly what I would call progressive. Terra has better character growth, better drama, and a much better theme (both story-wise and music wise). Beyond that, I will alaso join up with others and agree that Lady Ashe is the better character from both of them.
