Default Stupid easy recipes that are smurfing delicious

Tifa's Boobies asked me to share some easy recipes and I thought I'd post it here so everyone could see.

    Pasta Pomodoro

This is one of my all time favorite recipes because it's easy, not too many ingredients, but it has a super WOW factor. It's sneaky like that. You're thinking, "Oh, pasta in tomato sauce, what's the big deal?"

And then you eat it and you're like, "holy amazeballs!"

When the recipe first came out, Bon Appetit advertised it as the "simplest, silkiest sauce you've ever made." And it totally is.

Try it out EoFFers! The ingredients are all stuff you can get easily. I do use pureed tomatoes to cut out the work of pureeing it myself though and it works fine.

And post your stupidly easy, yet delicious recipes!

I look forward to more Miriel recipes.

These are the easiest peanut butter cookies you will ever make. And because they're what I grew up on, any peanut butter cookies that have flour in them are way too dry for me.

    You need:
    1 egg
    1 cup pb
    1 cup sugar

Mix in a bow. Now that was simple!

Roll into balls, place on pan. Use a fork to push down in a criss-cross pattern. Sprinkle a touch of sugar on top of each. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes at 350, and watch for up to 8 minutes. (Be careful--these cookies burn VERY easily.)

Cook bacon and cut into pieces the size of crackers. Slice cheese. Chop tomatoes. Get a plate. Put crackers on plate. Put bacon on cracker. Put tomato on cracker. Put cheese on cracker. Microwave for a few seconds.

    Unbreakably Delicious Pasta;

    Two containers of Easy Mac.

Throw those cheese packets the smurf away.

One container of your favorite pasta sauce, mine is Classico's Sweet Basil.

One package of summer sausage. Cut that trout up and fry it in a skillet.

Cook noodles like you would for Easy Mac.

Now mix in the sausage and pasta sauce, top with shredded cheese and enjoy that trout. Thank me later.

Because I'm one hell of a butler.

I hope you realize I'm comparing this to my usual diet which consists of a tall bottle of Mountain Dew and some sort of microwave cheese, egg, and bacon concoction.

Guinamos is a salted and fermented krill or for most, it is described as tiny shrimps or hipon. The size is about 1.5 cm long if full grown. Krill comes from a Norwegian word that means "young fry of fish" which is often attributed to other species of fish. It is also considered as small crustaceans found in the ocean.
A favorite of mine with some green and sour mango! It is so easy to make and quite delicious!

    Ingredients

    • guinamos - krill or small shrimps
    • salt
    • saltwater

    1. Remove adhering materials from shrimp. Wash thoroughly by placing them in a woven basket and dipping in clean seawater several times.
    2. Partially dry the shrimps for one day to lower the moisture content by spreading them thinly on clean mats or drying racks.
    3. Add salt to shrimp (2:3) during tracing. Tracing is done by pounding the shrimp-salt mass with mortar and pestle. After mixing, dry the mass for one day.
    4. Form into round shape or cubes
    5. Package product in clean banana leaves or in low-density polyethylene bags.

Chris, though that sounds weird I would definitely try it, but anything I have to pound with a mortar and pestle is not stupid easy!

EDIT: Here is a recipe for some yummy cheese bread.

Take a 9-inch skillet or bigger and butter that dude up. Get you a baguette and slice it into 2x2 inch chunks, then spread evenly through the pan. Or bigger chunks if you use a bigger skillet. Get your favorite deli ham (or prosciutto if you fancy) sliced SUPER thin and kind of scatter it through the the bread.

Some people add an onion at this point, but those people are the devil. You could add garlic cloves if you like. I ain't gonna stop you. Scatter that business too.

Next, this is important, you need to get some white wine and soak the bread and stuff in it. Then grind some pepper in it and scatter Gruyère cheese across the top. Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes and eat that smurfer up.

    Signature by rubah. I think.

Buzzfeed has a list of two-ingredient recipes. I've yet to do any of them, but oatmeal cookies is something I hopefully have time to try soon.

Also, I've made Kraft's Oreo truffles several times in the past (with white chocolate because it's my favorite kind), and that was really easy and good and decadent.

Starting on my left with one, your number comes up, you go.
