Buuut, when she gets a little older and starts to have her own thoughts, I'll not be stopping her playing with Lego if she wants or action man or little toy swords and shields. In fact I'll encourage her to play with those tbh. They're much more fun than Barbies. I used to make all my Barbies get mauled by my toy dinosaurs and lions.

The sort of "ribbons"? Not ideal or quite what you'd call show accurate, but certainly beats the high maintenance frizz magnet that is the brushable hair :P
To be honest the important attributes for me are snuggleability (great! nice soft microfibery material) and sleep comfort ^_^
