The Crystal Palace should take Park Place, and (as much as I hate to say it) Midgar should take Boardwalk.
...also, I'd pass GO for 2000 gil, but I don't know about 200. Seems too easy.

It might be easier to do this for individual games. xD It's tricky to come up with ideas for the entire series. I mean, if I had to pick a city to take the "top spot" it would probably be Esthar given the sheer size of the place... but Esthar doesn't hold a huge place in my heart or anything. Hrm.

The railroads can be the names of different airships throughout the series and the utilities can be a Mako reactor and a dam.
Pieces can be a behemoth, chocobo, cactuar, boat, and a summon.

If I were to do this for Final Fantasy XII... I found a program which allows you to make your own board. Here's my print screen of my board. The actual lettering on the board is hard to read, but the handy right table shows you my selection

It's not perfect, and it's actually intended as a custom gift idea for birthdays or whatever, so you have to sign-up. Thankfully, there's no obligation to actually purchase the board, which is nice.
