I used to work at Tim Horton's which was like a coffee/donut place. Now I'm actually waiting to hear back from a job tomorrow in sales.

Well that's just silly of them. I'm sure people still find a way to get stuff in even when they get groped.That's what I've always heard too. But at least for the first day (it got more lax as the days went on), security was VERY thorough. There was one girl ahead of me who was wearing the teeny tiniest bikini top and she literally exclaimed, "There's nowhere for me to hide anything!" while they jostled her tits.That is the first time I've heard of security doing this to girls. I always have my girl friends sneak stuff in for me.
But rest assured, plenty of people got stuff in.
So wait, you work in a bloody coffee/donut shop and yet you can't sample some of their fine foods while on shift? I'd understand if it was like some really messy, long meal, but a simple snack? As long as they weren't eating while I'm being served, I really wouldn't mind a till operator having a small snack or drink mid-way through a taxing shift.
I can tell if I was a shift manager, I'd be alot more lenient.

I decided to try some...plant...for the first time with my guy while I was visiting him for spring break (his friends are major stoners). I enjoyed it and no on got caught or in trouble. It's definitely not a regular thing for me anyway since I live in a different state than my guy and I don't even know anyone up here who does it. :P
