Many times. Pig's heart stuffed with parsley tastes wonderful. The sauce you can make from it is fantastic too. It's been ages since I've had it, though. I've been a vegetarian for three years now. Plus, it's not exactly something you get often. I do remember there being quite a lot of hearts getting shipped out when I used to work at a slaughterhouse, though.
