No, Nachos is disgusting. I don't like Mexican food. Like at all.
You know I love me some cheese but there's a line where there is too much cheese and nachos crosses the line for me.
Corn chips are amazing though. Best kind of chips for sure.

Nachos are deliriously delicious.
I usually get some Nachos when I go to Chicago Bears games (my parents have season tickets). I usually get them with jalapenos on them because I guess I like the occasional minor heart burn. They aren't professionally made, but I enjoy them immensely, and they are usually my breakfast if a Bears games is part of the first set of game on Sunday.

I throw as much stuff on nachos as I can. Beans, ground beef, sour cream, guacamole, cheese, salsa, whatever else. Tortilla chips and cheese is not food.

I love nachos. Not the liquid cheese kind that you get at sports stadiums. But the kind with real cheese melted on top. Like this:
My fav nacho toppings are grilled chicken, pinto beans, melted cheese, and rice. And then top the whole thing with hot sauce. Yum!

If you're drunk and hungry late at night, nacho chips with melted cheese on top is the holy grail of food. At other times, it can also be great, but tends to require a bit more finesse.
