Irish is okay for Freya. I pictured her having some kind of accent anyway, but I didn't put that as a requirement because that would make her extra hard to fill.I'm tempted to try to pull together a Freya. I tried working on it just now, though, and a soft Irish accent kept slipping in. xD
I could do a good Kuja I think, but it wouldn't be within the region of effect you're probably looking for. You want one of those terrible evil anime voices, I'm sure.
Yes, Kuja should be generally evil and sinister, though he does love to be poetic and is very confident of himself.
