Seriously, though - it all depends on which Tifa you're talking about. Tifa on world map, Tifa in cutscene, Tifa on the date, Tifa in AC, Tifa in CC... all are different.
But if you're going to pick out the worse ones, they're no worse than a pixel or two sitting on the front of an 8-bit character's chest.

In the end scene, the only thing that kept Cloupd and Tifa from falling off the cliff was her boobs. Those are seriously something special if they can support the weight of 2 adults.

Hell her boob size isn't even consistent within FFVII ITSELF. Seriously, the size varies not only from FMV to FMV, but from different frames within the FMV. Same with other things, such as Barret's shoulders, which are sometimes bigger than his head. It wasn't until FFVIII they learned to keep character proportions realistic and consistent.
This is a terrible, terrible thread. I'd say it's the worst EoFF's ever seen, but Loony didn't make it so it can't be.
