While Setzer is my favorite of the bunch, mechanics-wise, Locke would assuming he has his best build. He's faster than both of these smurfers, and can use the Atma/Genji/Offering combo. You people forget that Blitz's most powerful attacks choose a random target so if Sabin Bum Rushed Setzer its all over. Also if this match was being played like the Coliseum rules. Sabin might accidentally use Mantra and just kill himself.
