There is no smurfing reason anyone would use that troutty setup unless they were deliberately trying to game the match.

No one would use that setup in natural gameplay.

@Loco: Umaro may be pretty physically powerful, but he has troutty speed and defence. The other characters are likely to get a move in before he can respond, and as has been pointed out, several of them are powerful enough to wipe the others out before they have a chance to act.
